When I unplug my laptop nothing happens, but 2 or 3 minutes after it turns off without notice, this is with 100% battery. When I plug it and turn it back on, it says that the battery its 0%, any idea what is the issue here?

Let's check if you need to replace the battery.

Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity.

Is this the needed part? If relevant the computer its one year and three months old and this issue started one day without warning and before that it worked perfectly.

Yes, new battery needed. Full charge capacity way below Design capacity.
@JackE probably can find a replacement for you.

Your battery has lost nearly 75% of its original storage capacity. Google a315-56 battery for vendors who ship batteries to your location. About $40 for new replacement battery.
