Hello after almost 1 year my laptop  Acer nitro 5, start doing the problem, while gaming from 60-100 fps it drop to 1-10 fps for 5-10-15 secoonds then back to normal.
My specs - gtx 1650, Ryzen 5 3550h , and now i upgraded the ram from 8 to 16 but my second ram its 2133 mhz, the first one its 2666mhz speed, SSD - 512gb
Its kinda super random *****, my temperatures while gaming are 90-100 CPU and  80-90 GPU. What can cause this problem ? I read a lot of topics here, didnt get my answer.

@Kristiyan those temps are too high that make the laptop throttles severely. You can try to take the laptop apart for cleaning and replace the thermal paste or let the computer shop do it if you don't familiar with disassembling the laptop.
Please remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.
Thank you and have a nice day!

Actualy the problem with my high temp was my CPU was always at max Idk why. its like no turbo boost, im just sitting at desktop and CPU speed at 3.4 ghz instead lower.. i clock it and now my tempst are extra and for 2-3 hours testing in games no fps drop for now.

    Hi @Kristiyan,

    1. Ensure that the system requirements are met.
    2. Change the game's graphic settings.
    3. Check if the Internet connection is running optimally.
    4. Update the GPU drivers.
    5. Disable background programs.
    6. Modify the system's power settings.
    7. Turn on the Game Mode.
    8. Scan for HDD errors.
