if you still have it, the UPC label on its original box has the SNID. Or contact the shipper if you insured it. How many days has it  been since it was shipped?

I dont have my original box as i got the laptop just under a year ago.
just called UPS, apparently it was marked as delivered on 13th Dec.
Tried calling Acer, their office is closed.
Tried calling the number on the UPS delivery note, it rang once and the line went dead.
Tried replying on the do-not-reply emails as desperate, obvs no reply.
This is appalling customer service and i wont be wasting my money on an acer laptop again, knew i should've got a mac.

Use the UPS tracking number instead. Then go to this link to try to see exactly who received it.

Then go to this UPS support link armed with the ACER case  number notice that it has NOT been received as UPS claims.

Bottomline, at this point use the UPS shipper to get this problem resolved.
