What do you mean “usb ports including the usbc port don't go off when i power the laptop even after closing the lid”? If you mean in “Sleep Mode” then all laptops USB ports are on when in “Sleep Mode” is that what you mean? The battery issue has nothing to do with Win-11, batteries do drain and that depends on how you use the laptop and how you have maintained the battery since new, as a battery gets to a stage (if you haven’t maintained it properly) that it will deteriorate progressively quicker that is why you do a “Battery Calibration of your Laptop Battery”.
