I've recently got a brand new SteelSeries Arctis 5 (2019 edition) USB headset.
Upon connecting to any of the USB ports and having the proper sound channels setup done, the headset audio output would crackle and have faint static sounds.
On rare occasions, the connection was perfect and worked as intended, but then suddenly the audio would cut out. I've had to subtlely nudge or wiggle the USB plug to regain audio but it will keep repeating the same problem.
Sometimes it won't even have any audio output despite the laptop confirming its connection.

Laptop Specs:

I've tried several options such as reinstalling the audio drivers, Windows, AMD drivers.
No fix.

I tested the headset with other laptops and Desktops, they all worked fine with it.
I revisited the shop where I bought my headset and let them test the headset on their own PCs, it works fine.
Next, we tried another USB headset with my laptop, same static/audio problem.
So the headset was working fine, now back to the Nitro 5.

I have sent in my laptop to the service center since my 2-years warranty is still valid.
These are the test they did so far:
>Swapped motherboards [no fix]
>Formatted the SSD and fresh install [no fix]

So while they're still trying to figure out what's going on with my laptop, I would like to see if there is any information online regarding this if anyone had similar issues.
Perhaps this is some elusive software conflict? Maybe hardware incompatibility (they've yet to test with another Nitro 5, so we'll see how that goes)?
