I installed Windows 10 from scratch, installed the Drivers that come in the Acer official website (and even tried with those that are unnoficial) to no avail. The driver just won't appear in device manager and it's the only essential to the GPU being detected at all by the OS. I'm clueless to what I should do. Any help is welcome.

Do you get some kind of an error message with the Win10 ACER nvidia driver installation?

If Acer does not have the GPU driver, then go to the GPU manufacturer's web site to download it.

Just as an additional suggestion as I’ve done all this with an older laptop the V3-571G. First, uninstall all NVIDIA GPU drivers with “Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 18.0.4.7” and then install the V5-572G GPU driver which should be the NVIDIA GeForce GT 720M 2GB DDR3 from NVIDIA direct, forget about the Acer driver(s) as they are old, also and for all Intel drivers install the “Intel Driver & Support Assistant” so as to get all the latest Intel chipset, GPU, Wi-Fi BT etc and all Intel drivers for your laptop also!

Btw, I’ve done all this to one of my old Aspire V3-571G with the GeForce GT 640M GPU and I’ve always used and updated all drivers with the software from NVIDIA including keeping Win-10 up to date with Windows Update, which is also an essential part of keeping your laptop functioning properly. Also, make sure that you have a 2.5" SSD boot drive and the max RAM installed and for all that do the Crucial System Scanner that will give you all the latest spec RAM and SSD drive upgrades for this laptop and also make sure that you are running the last BIOS version for this laptop also. All this will make your V5-572G perform 100% and efficiently with Win-10.

OK. If that doesn't work, try iobit's DriverBooster freeware to see if it'll pick up anything on line.
