Hi

I recently used a Swift 1 laptop. And sometimes the keyboard doesn't allow me to use the Shift + > keys to type ">". Basically nothing appears.  But when I restart my laptop, the issue disappears. Thank you

We would be better able to answer if we knew which Swift 1 you have, there have been literally hundreds of different models in the Swift 1 line. Your is likely something like SF1xx-xxx-xxxx, and the model number should be printed on the same sticker that has the SN and SNID. Does the issue depend on using a specific shift key? Any chance it's just not getting clicked down, like if you press only one one side of the key?
