You don't do that through the Windows "Advanced display settings" you do that in the NVIDIA GeForce or RTX Experience Software Control Panel at ‘Manage 3D Settings > Program Settings where at #2 Select the preferred graphics processor for this program” you can choose > High-performance NVIDIA processor” as the laptop automatically uses the lower primary CPU integrated graphics for low graphic applications to save power.
