2021 Nitro 5 RAM running at 2933 instead of 3200 after upgrade

Hello, this is my first post here. I recently bought the Nitro 5 (AN515-57-55XN), it has an i5 11400H with GTX 1650 dedicated GPU. It came with 8 Gb of 3200mhz ram originally, and I wanted to upgrade it to 16gb. So I bought another ram stick, 8gb 3200mhz. I checked the CAS latency and made sure it matched (based off of other peoples review using CPUZ). Today the ram stick came in the mail and I installed it. However, after booting up it detected both 8gb sticks, but only ran at 2933mhz instead of 3200mhz. I have attached screenshots below. Any idea on how to fix this? (V-Gen stick is the new one, Micron was the one that came with the laptop)

Please reseat the ram and check once again ...
Try ctrl + shift + esc - go to taskmanager - go to performance - memory and check speed..
    Remove one of the memory..
Again Try ctrl + shift + esc - go to taskmanager - go to performance - memory and check speed..
