What's your CPU temp ? I have mad my own guide which is better than the one of 2020 which includes an option of asus gpu tweak II https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/656428/real-acer-windows-perofrmance-boost-guide-updated#latest   you can try same with msi afterburner too

    Hi @ nkvoff
Try to run your computer in a cool place and check if there is proper airflow available at the bottom of the laptop. If the problem still persists, undervolt the CPU and the GPU. Let me know if Nitrosense did the job, if not, try undervolting. If the problem still persists, undervolt the CPU and the GPU.

    Hi @nkvoff,

As it turns out, high FPS drops in all games may have something to do with the graphics card drivers. The FPS is determined by the graphics card's processing power and the monitor's refresh rate. If there is not proper software support, even the top-notch GPU may fail on your computer and cause low FPS.

9 Effective Methods to Solve FPS Drops in All Games
    1. Meet the system requirements of your games.
    2. Turn off fullscreen optimization.
    3. Scan for malware and virus.
    4. Disable Intel Turbo Boost technology.
    5. Check for system file corruption.
    6. Update your graphics card drivers.
    7. Cooldown your CPU and GPU.
    8. Check for your hard drive.
