More a warning to prospective buyers than a question:
Last week I purchased the above machine and on first boot it asked me if I would like to upgrade to Windows 11. The upgrade went smoothly but afterwards, when my son tried to play a game, the fps was really low and the game was unplayable. I then checked Device Manager and saw that the RTX3050 driver had been stopped because of a problem. I then spent hours first installing the driver from the Acer website, and the driver from Nvidia. Both did not work: as soon as it was installed the driver was stopped by windows. When I manually tried to start the driver, Windows crashed completely.
There should be a large warning on the box that this computer came in warning clients not to do the upgrade.
I have since had to return the computer to the shop I purchase from as it is not usable. Very disappointed to say the least.
