Hello, I have a Nitro AN515-54  I believe and it won't boot, I restarted it after was being slow not opening Spotify, after that it would not load back up it comes up with the acer logo then seemingly loads forever, I also tried opening the troubleshoot menu to factory reset but it just says please wait, I've tried going into the bios menu I have version 1.05 I looked at the system date and time which seems fine and I've tried to disable secure boot and fast boot but all that has done is require me to write a password each time I try booting it up, any help would be a great help thanks

    Hi @LemonZ,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

This did not work, I am going to try installing through a flash drive see if that fixes the issue but if not u believe that it could be faulty hard drive from what I've seen but any other options would be greatly appreciated

Update: I tried installing through a USB flash drive I prioritised it in bios and it did nothing, does this mean that I need to cut my losses and replace the hard drive?
