Troubles in paradise

I read something about putting a gtx 660 ti into the standard setup of an acer aspire m3985. And read that it should work. Now before I tell the rest I'll give a short summary of my m3985 (bought it like a week ago)
16 gb ddr3 ram
1 Tb Hdd
nvidia gt 640 (4gb ram)
intel core i7 3770
????-motherboard (with 1x 16-PCIe slot)

So i decided putting everything I just listed in another case (needed a bigger power supply.. ) except for the gt 640, replaced that with a 660 Ti.

NOW:
what happened is the card worked perfectly but i wanted to do a clean driver install, so I went to the configuration panel -> devices and right-click uninstalled my card. BAM (no actual noise, just my screen going blank..) This started all my troubles... The pc wouldnt start up with the original card or my gtx 660 ti.. BLANK SCREEN time i tried to boot up...

So I tried lots and lots of stuff, spent hours on forums trying to get this to work till finally someone told me to reset the bios to clean the DMApool and trick windows into detecting new hardware.. This actually worked! For 2 days I had the sickest gaming rig I ever had. Till i ran a 3d Mark test, while doing this test my screen suddenly went blank and hasn't come back ever since.. I tried putting everything back into the acer case but that didnt work either. After trying to do a BIOS flash (boot up using onboard graphics) it just completly stopped working Smiley Happy, when I try to boot it during the SPOT it gives 4 short beeps and I've tried taking the ram out and the gpu, all tje extra cables.. bla bla turns out it's not the ram, cause after i put it in it went from continuous long beeps to 4 short beeps and then i put in the graphics card and it stays at 4 beeps, yet my card's fan is running and stuff..
