Well Basically almost anything is possible given the time, tools and knowhow to do such things.. But you may find a wall mount already for that model see what google has?? I am sure there is one out there..

Thanks.  It's just that the mounting screws that area typically used on the back of a monitor are not accessible on the G215HV.  The are covered up, and it seems permanent.  Any  clues about how to uncover or...?  Should I be looking for a different type of mount, maybe?  One that attaches the same way as the current base does?  I just haven't found any like that online or anywhere else yet.  Any ideas or suggestions welcome.

Well what is covering it the holes?? I would say you may be able to find a Universal type mount for that Monitor? Have you googled for a universal mount and the monitor you have?

Yes, I've Googled for a mount for that particular monitor and have looked at many other mounts.  Nothing found. The usual square pattern mounting hole positions are "marked" on the back of the monitor with etched-looking circles in the plastic.  I can't tell if there are really screw holes below those areas because there is nothing that can be removed.  So, in that sense the mounting positions are not so much covered as they are marked.  Their usual positions are marked with these etched areas but there is nothing that can be removed or popped out to get at the holes (if any) below.
