Hello, I have little different questions.
I need to power on Nitro with closed lid by external keyboard.
This is not telling for sleeping and hibernate, I mean absolutely turn off computer and someway to power on without to open lid.
I don't see what can I to do in bios except allow to wake up from usb, but this is option only enable and disable.

    Hi @ Lubaka

Try to check if its both on battery and plugged in.
To keep your Windows 10 laptop on when you close the lid, click the battery icon in the Windows System Tray and select Power Options. Then click Choose what closing the lid does and select Do nothing from the drop-down menu.

It is no coincidence that I asked the question and stressed that I want to know how to turn on the computer with the lid closed, not how to work with the lid closed, so what you showed in the picture is how to work the computer, which I did, but there are moments when something happens, be it a power failure, or a charger or something else, even though I've made my system so that these options are unlikely, even through the use of UPS, but in any case at some point in some way I turn off the computer, because there is not much space in the respective place and I have made a stand under the desk and so that I don't have to go downstairs to take it out, to disconnect all the cables, I'm looking for a way to turn on the computer the external keyboard, a combination of keys or something specific. Again, this is not about falling asleep or hibernating, but about turning on the computer with the lid closed and completely turned off.

When a laptop is turned on, all supply to it is cut off. When all supply being cut off, I am not sure how you would expect laptop to be listening to some device for a key press to turn itself on.
The most I have seen laptops do is allow some power to a USB port to allow for charging even when the laptop is off - but this too is restricted to only power output and not for data connections.

Now, if you can get hold of a USB device that can allow for turn on/turn off the laptop, then you could try:
Step 1: Control Panel/Power Options/Edit Plan Settings and disabling "USB selective suspend setting".
Step 2:For the specific device you want to use to wake up your laptop:
    Device manager >> mouse/keyboard >> properties >> power management
Check the "Allow this to wake" box.
