  Sorry to tell you but the Acer  Z24-880 is not compatible with Win-11, see the Win-11 compatibility specs as a 7th Gen Intel CPU is not a compatible CPU.

  It seems there is an "official" workaround given by Microsoft available here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/ways-to-install-windows-11-e0edbbfb-cfc5-4011-868b-2ce77ac7c70e
  Does anybody know its effectiveness?

  I have an aspire  TC-120 which has an AMD A10 6700 APU. Microsoft babbles about UEFI, Secure Boot capable. When I go in to the BIOS it says CMS never. I can not establish why I am unable to install Windows 11.  Can anyone shed any light on the matter?

  Not really a workaround. Mostly says " download and install PC Health Check app " Which will say no.
