What thermal paste and thermal pads should i use for my laptop predator helios 300 (PH315-52-78VL)

I game about everyday which leaves the laptop under high load. Temps are getting a little warm now and im considering the arctic silver 5 or the arctic mx-4 thermal compounds. First and before you do anything and after taking the back cover off, make sure that you "Disconnect the Battery First" and after press the “Power Button and/or if the Power Button is a Keyboard Key” for 10 seconds to discharge any power in your laptop before you work on your laptop and/or take the Thermal Modules off the CPU and GPU! Not doing so can cause disastrous shortages of components and damage your laptop. 

The thermal paste and pads that I use are the "Thermal Grizzly" range of the Kryonaut Extreme paste and their Carbonaut high-tech carbon thermal pads or the Minus Pad series pads that I found to be of the highest quality and performs the best. Do not use the liquid metal thermal compounds as they are dangerous and not needed to be used on laptops, liquid metal thermal compounds if applied excessively and wrongly will liquefy and leak/spread to surrounding circuitries around the CPU and GPU shorting out circuitry components and wrecking your laptop. always apply the paste mid CPU and GPU with the “Pea Dot Method” that you put a pea size amount of paste ontoboth the CPUand GPU and then refit the CPU and GPU thermal modules on top and then tightly securing them with their appropriate screws.
