I am currently using an Acer Swift SF314-55G laptop with the latest Windows 11 operating system. According to my understanding, My laptop's cooling fan has totally stopped working suddenly after I rolled on win 11 updates from 10, When I am charging my laptop, it can heat up to 80 C but the fan does not start. I am worried that my laptop will overheat and hence would like to inquire if there is any solution. Thank you in advance!

Turn off the unit and disconnect the charger. Look at back of the laptop for a battery reset pinhole. Put a paper clip or needle inside it and press and hold it for 30 seconds and than turn on the laptopClick on 'Yes' if the comment answers your question!0 -
