My Nitro 5 AN515-44 suddenly freeze Frequently

I just bought my nitro 5, four months ago. Then Past 3 days I've been experiencing my screen on freeze. My keyboard, mouse even screen stop moving. Then I just shutting it down through power key then and open it again then returns all back to normal, but its annoying that it suddenly freeze without notice and my works cant save.
Also I think this problem occurs only when Im using my laptop while charging

@DyiorM you can try to update BIOS, uninstall any 3rd Party antivirus application like Norton, Avast. You can also update AMD chipset driver from this AMD website: https://www.amd.com/en/support/chipsets/socket-fp5-mobile/amd-ryzen-and-athlon-mobile-chipsetPlease remember to include @AnhEZ28 when you want to reply back to my comment so that I can check your response.

Hi @DyiorM,# Try to get the BIOS page.1. Turn OFF the unit.2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
3. You will be in setup utility page.
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself.
