If so then it might be a problem with your  HDD or SSD s speed, what is the model num of your laptop and make sure you post it when you are asking a question about a laptop or anything regarding a device...

I nned to know exactly what your model number and what happens, does your laptop lag during the logging in process and is it slower than usual to open games and large files?

Ok so in my opinion it must be a issue with your HDD so to confirm this run this benchmarking software on your PC I scanned this software with  ESET network security ( Product Version 15.0.18.0 ) and did not find any threats in it   Alex Intelligent Software - Downloads (alex-is.de) download this and run the test and let me know the results.

So if it doesn't do it anymore then it must have been becuz of a windows update usually this wont happen but it naturally occurs sometimes after a update or so.....

I mean when you turn on your PC after a update, updates that wont require a reboot does that, my laptop too does that sometimes. Its completely normal this occurs on some devices...  But if this happens all the time then do the benchmark I sent to you early.
