I bought this laptop very few weeks ago and I just upgraded to Windows 11 since it told me its ready.
I got all the drivers working, except for audio. I have no audio at all.
I installed Audio Driver and Audio Driver Console from this page: https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/support-product/8305?b=1
And it still doesn't work.
I did remove the driver eventually and had audio working for once, until I restarted the laptop and Audio was gone again.
what is the magic trick here to get audio working on this machine???
Thanks

You have to unzip the file to a empty folder, then use the installer exe (often called setup.exe), then Run Microsoft Store to pull the Realtek Audio Console download.0
