how to delete a boot entry from windows ?

i recently dual booted and i added bootx64 in my trusted efi file, i removed all the partitions of linux but the boot entry i created efi/boot/bootx64 i am not able to remove this entry when i try to remove it reappears after a reboot in boot options

    Follow these steps:
    1. Click Start.
    2. Type msconfig in the search box or open Run.
    3. Go to Boot.
    4. Select which Windows version you'd like to boot into directly.
    5. Press Set as Default.
    6. You can delete the earlier version by selecting it and then clicking Delete.
    7. Click Apply.
    8. Click OK.

    the only thing in msconfig is windows 11 which is already set to default, i have added bootx64.efi as a trustable uefi file i just need to remove that , i tried to delete it using bcdedit but it kept reappearing when i rebooted my system
