6/7 mm black gaps on the sides and top of the monitor (not utilizing the full screen) - ACER ED270UP

There are about 6-7 mm of black gaps on the top, left and right side of the monitor. I tried Nvidia Panel (resizing etc.) and monitor settings but couldn't fix it. Can someone help me utilize the full screen.

    Is it same in bottom corners or only in top.

    If you look at the promotional pictures, Acer always shows a black background so you can't easily see that there's a border... It's a normal part of the display.

    Even if that's the situation, what is the point of increasing display to body ratio if the display isn't fully utilized!

    The display is fully utilized, it's just that the glass covering the display is larger than the display itself.
