My Acer Nitro 5 an515 43. won't turn on.

Hello everyone,

I've been experiencing a problem with turning on my Acer Nitro 5 an515 43.
Last night I turned it off and and unplugged my AC. Today when I tried to turn it back on nothing happens. I plugged AC again still nothing and there is no light indication that laptop is charging. I performed battery reset to no avail.

Can anyone help me out?

    Also when I plug in the adapter I hear clicking  sound coming from the battery

    Did you charge the battery with different charger.

    No,I used the same charger as always. I checked the charger with multimeter and it was okay.

    I've already sent it for a diagnostic. I'm interested to know what's the problem,I  will post after I get the results.

    Are you getting any light indication when charger is connected.

    hi no light when charger is connected , i ve check charger he is ok.i ve tension on pin connector on motherboard.

    I'm having same problem on same model though, I'm getting keyboard lights on,fans spinning & charging indicator light
