TDP value for i5-10500H, model ph513-15 model 2020. Power limit throttling problem.

I'm running on i5-10500H with model ph315-53 year 2020. The TDP value provided by manufacturer is only 45W. When I open the Intel XTU program, the TDP value already set to 70w and 103w for PL1 and PL2 respectively. It is higher than the default one. It that normal or will it harm my pc? Btw I suffer from power limit throttling when CPU goes above 80 °C.

Junpro666 i wouldnt worry about it and not use XTU for anything remove it completely its just useless intel bloatware u just need to optimize your windows properly undervolt with TS and if still needed repaste it with kryonaut or similar if youre able to without voiding your warranty and make sure the back is lifted 2/3" at all times for a proper airflow also not sure if they are locked or not but check on TS if youre able to tinker with the PL but make sure you know exactly what youre doing also check my signature you might find some more in the predator fb group :)
