Sound distortion when charging battery on Swift 3 (SF314-42)

The sound from the built-in speakers (Realtek R Audio) gets distorted when I charge the battery. Expecially noticable when I move the volume up and down. I hear it from what ever source, like youtube or spotify in chrome or from the windows system sound. If I remove the charger the sound is fine again. Is this a laptop hardware problem that needs to be fixed and does the product guaranti cover this?

Iv tried all turorials for solving sound problems. With my headphones the problem does not appear.

Unfortunately the distored sound remains now, even after turning the charger plug out.

OK, so it's not the charger causing it. Which BIOS version is installed? System Information will give you that info.

I will try to uninstall the latest windows updates and apps, just to check if it has anything to do with them.

Please run the updates as a last option..

Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue..

    Try windows x
click on power shell admin or command prompt admin
    type rstrui
chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine
    click on next, finish, yes
It will restore your computer to an earlier date
if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close
It will show you all the icons..

Try and check whether it is working now ..

    Try windows x
Go to device manager - Go to sound video and game controllers.  Expand it
Uninstall the sound driver from device manager.  Please uninstall all the items below the sound video and game controllers.
Restart the computer.  It should work fine..

If it is still not working
Uninstall the sound driver from device manager
    Dont restart the computer.
    Go to support.acer.com
    chose your country
type snid or chose your model
    go to drivers
    Install the sound driver

    It should work fine..

Thanks. I didnt have the system restore function activated. I deleted the driver and installed the acer version. Im not sure yet if it helped. I think I still hear a slightly distortion when I move the volume up and down. For the moment its better though. It seems like the distorion is coming and going like its a static problem of some kind. I try this out now for a while.

I have another problem that also occured, now the same time at the sound problem. My windows 10 system keeps freezing. Several times a day the last few days.

No, the problem with distorted sound reappear even after installing the audio driver from Acers support page. Seem at bit random. First very obvious when the charger is plugged in and seem to be redused when I take the plug out. Next time I start my computer without having the charger plugged in, the sound is distorted again.

Seems like one of my programs (Scrivener) had a problem with the "on demand" function in onedrive, so after I unchecked the checkbox for "on demand" the computer has stoppet freezing.
