Hello,

I have an open ticket with AMD, in order to setup FreeSync. They said I should enable the AMD Free Sync from the monitor OSD (settings). I connected the monitor to my AMD GPU with the DP and on the OSD is showing Display Port 1.4, so I should benefit from the Free Sync technology.

When I check on OSD the FreeSync Premmium is fadded and I can't turn it on.

Please let me know how can I enable/disable free sync, in the monitor settings.

I'm using a 6900XT and on the AMD Radeon Software is showing the monitor...

Anyone have any idea?

Which XV322U model do you have? They have several, it should be something like XV322QU KVbmiiphzx or XV322QU Pbmiipprzx or something close but different for your locale. IIRC the Ks are G-Sync and the Ps are Freesync, or visa versa...

Hey Billsey thank you very much for your reply! My model is XV322U Xbmiiphzx FreeSync Premmium model (manufactured on Mar 2021), I have till friday to return it and I'm thinking on doing so. I have already done everything I could possibly think of to make it work but i cant...There is no reason for staying with this unit as it can't sync with my gpu...

Do you think there is hope? The menu of the monitor (OSD) shows its freesync premmium option, but it's writing is faded and I'm unable to turn it on.

I finally see the model, XV322UX, but there's no service guide for it yet, so it's likely really new. Swap it with your vendor to see if the issue is just the specific unit you got...
