nitro 5 Freezing issue

ı have acer nitro 5 and my laptop occasıonaly freezing.And ı have to restart my laptop to be able to work it again.I dont know ıf ıts because of the hardware or software but ıts becomıng really annoying.Can you guys help me

check if there is a pin 📌hole at the bottom of the unit. Put a small pin inside and press and hold the pin for 30sec. If there is no pin hole then press the power button for 12sec. Remember to remove your charger when you do that.

now ı had driver power state failure wıth blue screen.ıt dıagnosted so whats the ıssue0

Try resetting windows so that your drivers etc get renewed that might fix it0

ı updated my dricers thru driver booster 8. ı hope ıt fixed it0
