Acer Aspire M5 Keyboard not very responsive

I like everything about the M5, except for the keyboard.  I frequently have to delete and retyp things because of a missed keystroke.  Most especially, the arrow buttons often don't 'catch' at all.  Is there a way to make the keyboard more responsive?  I'm quite disappointed by it.

    That seems a little odd.
I have an M5 and have never had an issue with the keyboard. I simply cannot type fast enough to catch it out!
It may be worth checking whether you have something running that may be interfering with interrupts etc.

This is actually pretty strange, do you have the windows 8/touchscreen version of the m5-581t? i have the windows 7 version without touchscreen, and the keyboard seems to be running fine. what you should try to do is go to control panel, go to your devices, and change your keyboard settings. sometimes, the repeat speed or something may be inappopriate for your typing (not sensetive enough, possibly).

By the way, i actually think that the keyboard is REALLY good. it feels great. my only complaint is that the blue "fn" key is too far from the multifunctional keys (baklight, screen brightness, volume, etc)
