Overall the performance is good like I'm getting the desired fps and game is smooth but these stutters make the experience bad, Before I didn't have an issues this laptop was working like a dream but now this stuttering is making the experience bad and I can't find the source of it0

Guys I noticed that the stuttering increases when my battery is fully charged and on charge, When it is low and starts charging the stutters are less but when it gets to a 100% and is fully charged then it starts stuttering even more so Im not sure whats causing it0
