Acer One tablet volume up/down buttons not working Acer One 10 T8-129L

I have Acer One tablet, but the volume up/down buttons stopped working and I am not even able to register my tablet or contact the support team, since the serial or SNID is not recognised

    It is a brand new tablet purchased from Flipkart.

    You just need to tell the Acer site where you are before going into the support area. Try this one instead: https://www.acer.com/worldwide. Also, when you ask a question like that it helps a lot if you give the full model number, there have been literally hundreds of different Acer One models. Is it a Windows tablet or Android? Which OS version is installed? Etc...

    The model is Acer One 10 T8-129L, it is an android 9 tablet.

    It's looks like hardware issue it's better to return and get a new one from flipkart. Is there any return policy you have.

    The tablet was purchased in December 2020, hence the return and replacement duration is over.
