I am using my acer aspire 5 laptop from last 2 months and last to last week my laptop got dead and i complained for it and after 1 day I went to the acer service center and they said that the motherboard has to be replaced but it is now more then 2 weeks and till now i didn't get any response ant then i called in acer customer support and they told me that the motherboard is still now got shipped before this laptope i was using asus x53u from last 10 years and it is still working although the employs of the service center and customer support was great and help full but the service is very poor and I will never buy any products of ACER from now.

Sorry. Mainboards sometimes fail for any brand. They usually aren't stocked by local service centers so it takes time to diagnose, order, package, ship, deliver & actually install a mainboard usually stocked in another country.

Yes I understand. Unfortunately, we're only volunteer ACER users on this forum. We're not ACER employees, customer service reps or warranty tech repair contractors. So we have little or no influence over the warranty process. However I do have some experience on times it takes to deliver mainboards. If the mainboard is warehoused in my country, it takes about one week to receive. If out of my country, it can take up to 4 weeks. Sometimes I might have the option of expediting delivery but only by paying extra for shipping. It usually only saves a few days to a week. I think at this point, you might be able to plead with the servcie center to hasten installation of the board but only after they actually receive it. Sorry I can't be of more help in this matter.
