A Case Number, or Case ID, is a reference number provided by the Acer Customer Service Team to document your contact history on a specific product. Your Case ID number allows us to quickly access previous contact notes and any repair or part orders for you system. It is shorter than your serial number, and can be provided to our support team for easy access to your account . You can also use your case number to check the status of a repair order online. Case numbers always begin with at least four numbers, and end with one or two letters. You can see a sample case number below.
