I just bought a nitro 5 a couple weeks ago and then when i try to play valorant or spellbreak, the temperature of my cpu will rise up until it gets to 93 degrees and after that the temperature of it will play from 60-80-90 and back to 60 deg again, is it normal or have a bigger risk in my laptoo?

    Hi Nixce,

Yes, it's normal but it should not stay in 90+ degrees when you are not in the game. If it not comes down to 60 degrees and below then it will be an issue.

Pretty normal. The CPU boosts to high clocks, and for that, it needs current. Dozens of amps through a small mm^2 chip can heat it up by 20+ degrees in a second. In a desktop, the coolers are large and blow a lot of air through the heat-pipes. In a laptop, that's not happening.
Ryzen 5000 series CPUs are designed to handle temps of 95C easily.

Yes it's pretty normal the processor can touch that temperatures due to it's clocks, and since laptops are compact temps can rise from 35C to 96C easy. that's why I use a cooling pad and clean dust off it each 6months to help my laptop with the airflow
