Hello,
My Acer Nitro AN515-43 trackpad automatically stop working/freezes at random times.(this only happens with the laptop touchpad, external mouse works completely fine)
Here's a video of the issue:

Even tried to spam click Fn+f7 but its of no use.
The only solution I found to fix this issue is by going to touchpad settings , disabling and enabling the touchpad,
Here's how I fix it usually:

Is there any other way to fix this, or is there any problem in my hardware?...
I m facing this issue from 3-4 months, even tried updating the touchpad drivers but it was of no use.
Any suggestion / help will be appreciated.
Thank You.

    Hi veeraj,

    1. Reboot your laptop.
    2. While it's rebooting, press either “Delete” or “F2”. This will bring up your BIOS. ...
    3. Find the “Internal Pointing Device” setting. ...
    4. Make sure this setting is set to “enabled.” If it is disabled, it means your touchpad has been turned off.
    5. Click “save changes and exit.”
