when ever i decide to play a demanding game, "for example squad on ultra" my gpu after a few minutes throttles to 1005 mhz and, i dont know how to fix it since i am new to pc gaming, this issue only appeared a few weeks ago suddenly and laptop worked completely fine before, and the laptop is really hot and noisy when idle unlike before (3500 rpm cpu fan and 4100 rpm gpu fan), this laptop used to be amazing before but now for no reason it decided to be completely horrible and is making my sanity deteriorate by the minute every time this happens (which always happens), only on light games like war thunder when i turn on turbo i can play fine, but before i didnt need to do that so that isnt a good sign also, any help would be appreciated.

Please send me the images of predator sense.
I clearly do not understand the problem yet, is that is running at lower mhz than the actual maximum speed/ what are the temps? Please specify everything so that I can help.

If its throttling its most probably because of high temps the dgpu shouldnt go above 70/75 and the cpu 80/85 for a good performance without thermal throttling but without any specifications of what temps you guys are getting theres not much to say about it
