Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-77YZ using dedicated GPU

So I bought this laptop today I installed the needed drivers thru nvidia geforce experience and when I start Chernobylite I get like 5 fps and running the benchmark says it's using the dedicated gpu and not the RTX3060. I read into multiple questions here and everyone says it's supposed to switch automatically when you start gaming, yet it doesn't happen for some reason. My power plan is switched to high performance in the control panel. How do I make the laptop use the Nvidia GPU?

Hi, you can choose the graphic card selection under NVIDIA Control Panel.

I also tried this but didn'T help, but installing the Intel Graphics driver solved the problem, or at least I think it did because games run much much better now.
