Screen Flickers on DP Acer ED273

Good day,

Lots of the fixes online don't seem to fix my issue, hoping you guys can assist.  I have an Acer ED273 that is on Display Port.  I had it paired with an LG monitor that used to be on HDMI > DVI converter.  I never had any issues, and utilized the 273 as my main gaming display since it was 144 hz refresh.

Recently bought a 2nd 273, as the 2 curved monitors look absolutely crisp next to eachother, and plugged that in to DP as well.  My RTX 2070 has 3 DP's and an HDMI.  My 2nd screen was flickering and I just could not figure it out.  If I swapped cables, the other monitor would flicker (which it had never done before).  It didn't matter which combo of the ports I used, one screen would flicker.  I chalked this up at first to maybe a bad port or a video card issue, (all my drivers are up to date) so I dropped my 2nd monitor to HDMI and my first monitor on DP is still hitting flickering issues, no matter the resolution, no matter the refresh rate.  I'm hoping it's a cable issue and have 2 new VESA approved DP cables enroute.

Any ideas?

Got new cables, was still getting stuttering in one monitor.  Turned off Gsync and it looks like it did the trick... kinda ***** since I'd like to be able to use Gsync, but I'd rather not have the screen flicker and at least both monitors are now 144 hz.

    Hi Mick788,

    Monitor self test,

    1. Power OFF the unit.
    2. Unplug all the cables.
    3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
    4. Turn ON the unit and check.
