Videos won't play-get blue dice instead

in 2013 Archives

Some videos will.play, but most of them won't play.  Amazon Prime videos won't play.  Where the video.should be, there is a blue dice with white question marks on it..

 

I have no idea how to fix this.  any help.offered will be very muc appreciated.

    What device are you using exctly?
