RAM issue 😫 - NITRO 5 (AN515-43)

hey, I have ACER NITRO 5 (AN515-43) and recently I have upgraded my laptop ram by Crucial RAM 8GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 Laptop Memory but don't know why it's showing 5.69 GB usable out of 16 GB ram .. just want to know that why it's happening and not using remaining ram ... do guide me, please

Can you post what's in slot 1? This usually happens when the two sticks are not compatible which is much rarer now, my guess is there is not a common timing between them0

Press WIN+R. Enter 'msconfig'. Click boot tab. Click advanced button. Check max memory box. Set to 16384MB. Reboot to see what happens.

@NAVVY452 i would recommend a battery powerdrain followed by a bios setup defaults as your ram its properly detected and your using only about 6gb might just be a windows/bios glitch/bug also are you mixing ram from different clocks speeds if so that might be your issue you need to be on dual channel with 2 sodimms same size clock/CL good luck
