The 5800h does support 64gigs memory, the thing you highlighted was memory speed :) , the chip it's self  tops out at 64GB, but the laptop may not have the traces needed, I would be supprised is a 32gb dimm didnt work though , at the moment not many come with 64 gigs off the bat, you pretty much always would be better just buying it post purchase

If the maximum memory supported is 32 gb for memory then you can use two 16 gb memory sticks or one 32 gb memory stick.

In theory it will but as William says I'd check something like the crucial upgrade tool. The IMC supports the ammount and I don't see a reason the bios wouldn't , but, there is always the chance that there is something like a max ram variable hidden in there we won't know about

Usually the max ram and max nvme size from the product page is the max it's been tested to, but most of the time as long as it's the right gen it will 'just work'

Your best bet is heading to a freindly tech store and asking if they mind you trying a 32gb dimm to see if it takes it, may end up paying a little bit more, bit at least you would know if it works or not before buying!

same CPU can't get more than 32gb, you need other CPU.
it's depend on your country, each country has specific models, It's hard to tell.

but it cheaper to get 32gb and then buy another 32gb, better than by default 64gb.

lol, now I see it, it was late at night, something I missed...

but still acer manufacture limit it for 32 gb, maybe it will work but it can be unstable so at your own risk.

I saw you at other forum, so then you get an answer that it tested on some models, but I didn't saw any profs of that, so it still on your own risk.

    good luck =)
