But your web site just keeps running me in circles. I had a previous RMA approved. Then covid came along and wrecked that. I am hoping to CONTACT someone. But you have NO way to reach ANYONE. Just keeps sending me back to ask a question, look up ur own *****. It's early, i am tired. I just want to renew the repair order, that was already approved. Support history at profile causes fatal error in server. PLEASE contact me at the email provided. It was a very nice Nitro gaming monitor, now (since) it gets a line across the screen, and picture freezes, nothing has changed about that. Hooked it up to a completely different rig last night. Within 10min, pic froze, but comp still running like normal. BUT I CANNOT GET THROUGH YUO WALL OF TEXT DEFENSES. HELP me reach support, with an email or something. Web chat not avail. I HAVE TRIED EVRY WAY TO GET IN. NO more please someone contact me , it remains under warrenty. I would like to get the service done SOON.

    You are only talking with other Acer owners in the community. To contact Acer you have to go through the support site appropriate for your locale.

    I get that, but like I said, I cannot locate such information. And it is immpossible to get thru to Acer online apparently. So, no help here I guess, I hate making worthless accounts, thanks ACER.

    Any chance you are trying the wrong links for your locale? The USA site won't work if you are in Spain, for instance...

    i have clicked all the links. And yes, for US. But, no way to email directly. I suppose I need to call, during business hrs. thanks for the help.
