When i try to use the earphones on the laptop, the sound always comes out of the speaker. Thanks for answering

Right click speaker icon in tray. Click sound settings. In the right pane click sound control panel. In box that pops up click headphones so they're turned on.

Go to Microsoft update catalog and search for realtek 2021 media and realtek 2021 audio effects. Download the 2 cab files and update your driver and realtek software components in device manager.

You should end up with 6.0.9191.1
