Hold on! Do you have the charger plugged in? Or are you trying to game or Wordsmith without the charger plugged in? The reason I ask, is that under load there are times when the battery drains even plugged in. This is because the application power demand might temporarily exceed the charger output and must be complemented by the battery. When battery levels drop below about 50%, the battery takes precedent and charger power output is directed toward charging the battery, not satisfying the game or application power demand. So freezing and stuttering behavior start to happen.

I understood you. If you connect the charger, the laptop is charging, everything is fine. You can use it when charging, it will charge up to 100%, even if you play.
The problem is observed without a cord.
    The computer lags at 30%.
For example, if the laptop has 20% - it lags. But if you connect the charger, then the problems will disappear IMMEDIATELY and it will charge without problems.

If the battery widget is accurate, this simply means your battery voltage rapidly drops below the threshold needed by the system when it's at the 30% charge level. A moderately defective battery. It happens. You can probably get a new battery under the warranty. But warranty service will probably require the entire laptop to check it out. That'll mean shipping costs and down time if you're not near a service center. If it was mine, I'd live with it as an annoyance and grumble. If it really bothered me a lot, I might spend $30 on a new battery and still grumble. Sorry.

I gave this laptop under warranty, but acer said they would not fix it because "this is normal for this laptop model." This is terrible. I spend a lot of money and cannot use my laptop normally.
Unfortunately, the authorized service center said that the problem was wired into the hardware and changing the battery would not help. That they see the problem and also believe that the acer policy is critically wrong and that it is a defect, but they cannot do anything. I spent a 2 salaries on this device and it doesn't work fine :(

What is the name and location of the authorized service center?

    It is in Russia. http://www.iservice-it.ru
They said they didn't do anything under warranty because they were banned by Acer. Because this is not a warranty case.
