AN515-53 randomly crashing, potentially gpu related

Hello, for the past 7 months or so I have been experiencing incredibly sporadic crashes with my Nitro AN515-53 laptop. Typically these crashes occur when the system is under load, I play plenty of games of varying intensities and found that under load it would crash frequently but as time went on the bar felt like it was being set lower and lower for when it would eventually give in.

The crashes themselves are rather sudden and unpleasant: the screen would typically go black and do what I can only describe as "glitch out" graphically with lines going from bottom to top, if any audio was transmitted as it crashes it plays it very loudly and drawn out, if I'm lucky no sound is transmitted when it crashes and it just silently goes to the black screen. At this point I am usually forced to restart it, I tried seeing what would happen after a bit of waiting once and it left a sort of burn in on the top right of the screen that went away after about 10-15 minutes, so I never tried letting it continue running again after that.

I messed around with the gpu drivers to see if anything would stop the crashes as I suspected it might be the problem but nothing fixed it. I performed a windows memory diagnostic and it didn't come up with anything wrong.

Windows for the longest time could not pick up on anything going wrong at all until literally yesterday where instead of black screening, the screen glitched out and proceeded to a bluescreen before restarting the computer itself. Here's what I could gather:

the bluescreen stopcode: PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA

reliability monitor reports (again first time in 7 months that windows generated any):
