    Hello,
So i installed all the available Microsoft updates, it no longer show that it's not charging instead it displays 0% available (plugged in). Can someone please assist.

Leave it plugged in overnight with the laptop shut down so it can start with a full charge. I assume you are using the charger that came with it?

Billsey, Thanks for your suggestion. I am using the charger it came with. I have left shutdown connected overnight and that didn't help.
    Thanks

Normally we'd have you do a battery reset followed by a calibration, working under the assumption they are just confused. Yours is new enough though that I'd either approach the vendor for a system swap or Acer support to see what they think. It usually takes some longer time to get the stats off by that much.
