Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55-73GS bluetooth audio not working

Hi, the Bluetooth audio on my Acer Nitro 5 hasn't been working, everytime I connect my a Bluetooth audio device, (earbuds, speaker), it rapidly switches the audio output between the laptop speakers and the Bluetooth device. 

I've tried reinstalling audio drivers as well as the Bluetooth drivers, and also tried Window troubleshooter, none of which seems to be working.

My model number is AN515-55-73GS

    At first do the power drain and bios default in computer with following steps.
    Power drain:
    Unplug the charger cable from laptop.
    On back of laptop there will be a pinhole.
    Insert paper clip into the pinhole and press and hold for 30 seconds, then plugin the charger cable.

    Bios default:
    Keep on tapping F2 button after turning on computer immediately.
    After getting the setup utility screen, tap on F9 and give yes to load default configuration.
    Then, tap on F10 and enter to save and exit and computer will restart.

    If not working can try to do system restore by the following steps.
    Press Win+R> Run box> rstrui.exe> choose a date on system restore box when the computer working good with bluetooth.
    Hope above steps may work.
