Acer Spin 3 (SP313-51N-714D) Type-C to Ethernet RJ45 Speed limited up to 350Mbps ONLY

Hi there, anyone here bought Acer Spin 3? Download speed goes around 350Mbps even i removed the antivirus and disabled windows defender. Any idea why it not pass up to 500Mbps? My current network is 500Mbps download, 100Mbps upload. Cable used to connect is LAN Cat 7. Even using Lan Cat 5E the speed around 350Mbps too. Please HELP. Thank you.

    It looks like when only doing one download at a time it's running at 45+MB/sec? That's close to 450Mbps, so very close to your theoretical max with a 500Mbps internet connection. Remember there is overhead in the TCP/IP protocol that gives closer to 10 bits per byte instead of the perfect 8 bits per byte.

    1 gbit will get ±120MB/s. 
    500 mbit will get around ±62MB/s

    Just tested on another laptop RJ45 to RJ45 gigabit port. I got ±62MB/s.
    Curiously why acer not produce this ethernet thunderbolt 4 gen 2 itself? So people never got headache to find on market like Apple does. I bought 2 types with different brand and just returned it to the seller because the speed not maxed out.

    Finally, i bought this usb-c to ethernet 2500mbps. Maxed out my current internet speed around 480-520mbps. Thank nllano. Good product.
