Under the physx panel does it show an image of the HDMI port ? If so does it show it as under the intel GPU or nvidia :)?

In physx panel i only have intel gpu and nvida but when i select both of them i dont have any results and i dont have hdmi image

Odd, there should be a little diagram of a HDMI in one of them like this ( https://www.reddit.com/r/MSILaptops/comments/fhpokb/any_reason_why_the_physx_configuration_shows_my/ ) 🤔

Im wondering if its connected to the Intel GPU which would limit it to HDMI1.4 which would need 8bit colour configuring to get the 144hz

    Whats the laptop source?

Ah so if its under the intel GPU you will need to change the colour depth inside the intel control panel :) I dont have an intel laptop at the moment so appologies in advance as im not too sure how to change it, in the intel control panel it may be under advanced, or in the windows settings.

What is the CPU in the laptop? 7400 by chance :)?

If there isn't any colour depth options the max refresh rate would be 120hz and the igpu is only hdmi 1.4 with slightly reduced bandwidth :(
