acer nitro 5 an515-52 can't detec HDD but HDD still spin

in Nitro and Aspire Gaming 
The hdd spins but the bios can't find it,im tried many ways and it still doesn't work.

    Did you try to disconnect and reconnect it? Also try another known good HDD, yours might be failing.

    I had a similar problem with mine. turned out my problem was missing the storage controller. and this thing is not listed in the driver page from acer website. so I downloaded iobit driver booster then had it scanned. installed the storage controller and it worked
